The Finals last year were an example of that. The Celtics should have won in LA, but a few convenient calls pushed back the celebration. Another Finals game between the Celtics and Lakers = more $$ in their pockets. It is a damn shame that professional sports aren't the same games we played as kids. Yes, the Suns have gotten jobbed the past few years in the playoffs, but other teams have just as well (e.g. Kings vs. Lakers). David Stern is sometimes an arrogant jerk, but he's helped build the league to where it is. I seriously doubt he would hold a vendetta against the Suns after almost 40 years for something so trivial. I think Stern understands the $$$ implications for the NBA, if the Suns do well. But Nash did take a beating in that series and even I felt that one down under.
